I have been writing piano pop ballads since I was about 14. Wrote this one completely on my MacBook while away. My producer thought would be good to have a different flavour to the piece and suggested acoustic guitar lead instead of piano – and magic it was thanks to Bob! Just enough scotch in the studio helped the vox chill. Be sure to catch the McCartney-like background vocals at outro section.
